You represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful. You authorize us to share your information with our lending partner network as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that submitting your information may result in contact from multiple lenders via phone, SMS, and email, and that you have provided prior express written TCPA consent.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee loan approval, a loan offer, or any particular rate or term. Lender decisions are made independently by each lender.
Fresh Start Financial is not responsible for the actions, products, or services of any third-party lender. Any loan agreement is solely between you and the lender. Review all loan terms carefully before accepting.
You may not submit false or fraudulent information, apply on behalf of another without authorization, violate applicable law, or interfere with our systems.
OUR SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRESH FINANCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your state. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You waive the right to participate in class action proceedings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
